This complaint is about top up plans. I recharged for RS 32 for best call charges. If I did this topup plan then my STD and local charges would be reduced. I made a recharge for Rs 32. When my STD call charges did not reduces, I called up 198 to complain they said this was only for local charges and only for idea to idea. Since I was not sure, I did not insist. Then I got a sms on 21-Jul (time: 19.07)stating if I dialed *786# and call US/Canada, the charges would be @2.99/Min. After doing this also, Rs 8/min is deducted. So I registered a complaint on 22-Jul. I spoke to Gufran and he consulted his manager Irfan also. First they kept insisting that this offer was for gulf countries only. When I read the sms, they said someone would call me in around 10 a.m. Gufran was not ready to give me a ticket no. also. Only after I insisted, he gave me a ticket no. 1_[protected]. I called up 198 again on 23-Jul to know the status. I had to go through the whole process again and the CS gave me a Ticket (1-[protected]) and the sms indicated that this issue would be resolved by 24-Jul 7:25 pm. I called up 198 again to know the status of the ticket at 8.30 pm, the ticket was closed. So I asked the CS(Mastaan) the resolution of my ticket, he said since the ticket is closed, he will raise a new ticket and someone will call me. This is the third time someone said the same thing. They don''t want to register complaints, if they register then they close. they keep telling that someone will call and no one calls back. They benefits are also not provided. It is a harassment to follow up on the wrong deductions. Was this information helpful? |
