My idea prepaid sim is not working in uae (Dubai), the same sim is working in india, regarding this i complaint idea customer care, but no use. Even i changed different hand set, still issue is same. Verified Support Feb 19, 2018 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Apology for the trouble caused. Kindly latch on to the network tie ups i.e DU or ETISALAT to get network coverage in Dubai. If you are unable to do so, kindly provide the below details to register a complaint. 1.Complete location along with zipcode and landmark of Dubai 2.Handset model name 3.Duration of the problem 4.Error messege while selecting network tie up Regards, Neha | |||

Hello Idea. I'm having a prepaid idea sim, [protected]. I keep travelling to Sharjah often and last time my net was working there. This time it's not working. Could you please help me resolve the problem. Now I'm in sharjah.

I have removed my valid idea sim from Dubai to change phone. After 3 days I re inserted the sim, but isn't working. My no is [protected]. Please do needful.

I’m using idea sim more than 14 years, Sim keeps in UAE IN WORKING PHONE. recharged June 4th 2022, and August 17 . But I can’t get any messages about recharge. I tried to call this number ..it’s ringing(nobody answering)..here showing signal .is any one buy number? If so, how can it happen ?
