Idea Cellular — Prepaid recharge not received

Hello

On 24th i recharged my number [protected] twice with rs40, i received
The confirmation for both the recharge but haven't received balance twice
It was 40 only. First recharged was from my bank app then my idea app.
I called the cc guys many time but they simply said we are unable to help you
And they are not even ready to take the complaint. I logged the complaint
Through idea app but still no one showed up. I am getting msgs of that they are trying to reach me but
I was unavailable. Thats not true, true is no one ever get back to me reg this.
I just want my balance asap. Thats it.
