Idea Cellular — prepaid recharge not successful - amount deducted from the account

Hi Team,

Have recharged number [protected] on 25th Jul, 2017. I dint get any msg confirmation on recharge and amount deduction from bank. When i checked account transaction, the amount was deducted.

Kindly resolve this issue. Either recharge the number or refund the amount.
