Pro rata basis charges - new idea of bluffing - faced 3rd time — dear idea,

So at least you have cleared your one mistake that you dint activate my internet benefits & charged me for data of inr 800 per 1 day. But please note the reversal of this amount is after 3 telephonic calls & 2 emails. On all communications idea executives denied to accept there mistakes giving unexplained calculations as pro rata basis charges...& without understanding the truth they slaps caller by telling "these all are real charges". This things are really hectic & wastes lots of our time. Are you thinking us to work to make your money?

My second complaint is yet not resolved. You have charged me inr 150 for vas - glamor world. Yesterday. I again discussed with your customer care executive at least for 10 to 15 mins, he denied to clear this issue & inform that he is nothing going to do anything for it. I am telling you the same thing again, i have not activated such service & so i am not going to pay it. If you want anything details again from me please let me know.

This is complete forceful harassment from you.

Please refer my previous all complaints. I had immediately informed about wrong charges applicable to me. The glamour world charges you applied wrongly.

Regarding data charges - please note due to high charges of data from idea, i was suppose to port my number to other network. I had sent you request for mnp before 10th jan. After that your idea executive convince me to stay with idea with changed plan of 349 which has unlimited data & so no data charges. I changed that plan of 349 which has 750mb 3g data free & then unlimited 2g data free.

I accepted the plan on 13th jan. Next day on 14th jan. I noticed that there is charges applied to me. Unbilled data in single day was rs 749. I immediately called to idea & asked why i am getting charged for data even if you have activated 349 unlimited data plan. Your idea executive accepted your fault & updated that we forgot to activate unlimited data benefits to me & thats why i getting charged.

Your executive apologies & activated my unlimited data. I asked to make my unbilled data usage of rs 749 to zero. Your idea executive updated that - as this is unbilled amount we cant do anything however once your bill will get generated we will reduce the data charges applied & for same i have made a complain.

Please note i already have charged wrongly before & you dint entertained that time, still i paid the payment keeping in mind the same thing will not happen again.

But this time this will not be accepted. I really don't have time for your nonsense things. Refer previous communications or the executives who knows this matter & please remove such wrong charges.

Such kind of poor customer service not looks good from aditya birla group.

Please note the communication happen & commitment from your customer care executive & the further points which i want to clarify as below,

1. On 13th jan i changed my plan. This is due to as suggested by idea executive the benefits of 349 plan which has unlimited internet. The unbilled amount till date was zero. So on the basis of prorate there was no charges for data as well as for calling. So please note you should not charge me for prorate basis for previous plan.

2. On 14th jan i noticed that i am getting charged for internet usage. On 14th jan till 11 o'clock unbilled data usage was noticed around rs.950/- i asked this to customer care & i raised the complaint for same. Customer care executive informed that while changing your plan to 349 idea executive missed to add my internet benefits & due to which i got charged. As amount of rs. 950/- is unbilled the customer care executive confirmed that she could not do right now for this charges but once your bill will get generate ie. On 6th feb. Whatever internet charges will be applicable will get waived off.

3. On 14th jan i noticed on my online idea account that there is something vas is activated. I raised complaint for same. Now on 15th jan i understood that there was something glamour world has been deactivated. Please note i should not get charged for this as i have not activated it.

So please note i will not fight with you after 6th feb about above wrong charges. If mistakenly you charged me for above 3 points, please keep this mail in track & remove all above wrong charges. You already have refused before to remove such wrong charges. It will not at all tolerated this time is you charged me something wrong.

Dear sir,

My number is[protected].

I am using this number since 2012 (Last 4 years). I have taken this number from idea postpaid & was in corporate plan.

Yesterday i changed my plan to 349 rental plan in which i suppose to get 600 min local calling +300 sms + 750mb 3g data & above 750mb unlimited 2g data. So there no any charges to be applicable for internet.
So why you are charging me for data. It was clearly get communicated & confirmed with the idea executive who offered me this plan that i should not get charged for any internet data usage. Still it is showing unbilled data usage of xx amount. Why?

Its really harassing that for a single day (Means from 11am 13jan 2016 to 11am 14jan 2016) it is showing my unbilled data usage is of rs.850/-

I am not getting how idea cellular is working now a days. It was good service since last 3 years but recently from 5 - 6 months you are charging wrongly, cheating with data usage & all...

Tell me now, even though i had decided to port my number, i stay with idea with changed plan - why?
Because idea executive explained the benefits of 349 plan. But now on 1st day of my changed plan idea is showing how smoothly they can cheat.

Its not at all acceptable. Any how condition clear my unbilled charges & if you are not doing so i will raise a complaint against this cheat case in consumer court.
