[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Providing incorrect information and misleading the customer | |||
Hi, I had called your customer care at 8:35 PM on 20/9/16 regarding my network issue. I am facing network issue from past 3 days on my mobile. when asked for the resolution I was told that my internet balance is low and that's the reason I am not getting internet connection. Whereas I had 700 MB of data available but still I was misguided and given wrong information by one of your operator and asked me to recharge my internet pack This is really disappointing that your operators are misguiding the customers . I was about to cancel my connection with your network and switch to other network but thought of giving a chance to idea in helping me resolving my issue.
