Idea Cellular — Recharge benefit not credited to mobile

I made a recharge of Rs 55/- through internet banking vide reference No DSBI[protected]IG0ADLRNY9 TRANSFER TO[protected] on 07 Jun 2015 for mobile No [protected]. Benefit of Rs 45.95 top up talk time was to be credited to the above above mobile. The same has not been credited to the mobile as on today. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com Kindly take up case with the company for refund of my Rs 55/-
