They had shown me that my offer for 392 is 1 gb/day and unlimited calling for 84 days. However they stopped proving the same after 14 days. There are many complaints about the same recharge in this forum. When i called the customer care they refused to accept the same and said that i din't see the offer carefully before recharging. They expect us to have a proof of the offer every time we recharge. This is not the first time i have faced these problems with idea and it's really appalling to see how these companies continue to cheat their customer and make money of them.
