Idea Cellular — Recharge has been not done

Dear team,

Today i got an offer to the amount of 509/ rs. But after doing successful recharge my money has been deducted from my account and recharge has not done. It is not showing in my idea app also. Kindly look into it and do the needful at earliest and refund the amount on same bank account.
