[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge misguiding

Hi,
I am Sathish. I enquired about idea recharge offers on my mobile number [protected] and confirmed the RC 696 offer with idea customer care representative. The representative said that the recharge include unlimited calls and daily 1.5GB data.
But after recharge, I received only 6GB special data. That representative misguided me.
I informed those representatives, but they are not rectifying my problem.
So please take necessary actions and rectify the problem.

My mobile was stolen when i was going to coaching, please block the mobile number i.e. [protected] immediately which was registered in the name of Komal Gupta.

Please block the mobile number at the earliest.
