[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge not done, balance deducted. | |||
My idea mobile #:[[protected]]. I made a recharge of 398 on 18 feb 2019 8:36 am through idea app. Money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile yet. It has been more than 48 hrs. When i asked customer care executive he told me to wait for 7-8 days. I dont get it why do i wait for 7 days when money is already deducted. I can not make calls. Should i stop all my important works for 7 days? Why do i suffer when there is a problem from idea side. I need it to be sorted out as soon as possible. Very poor services by idea cellular.
