[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge not done but money deducted from bank account

My idea mobile: [protected]. I made a recharge 499/- money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile. I have contacted customer care they have told that within 30 minutes issue will be solved. Its been more than 2 hours but the issue is not solved yet. Need an immediate response. Amount is deducted from my bank account but the recharge balance is not done.

Ported from Jio to Idea number activated im Idea 3 days back.. Now from 7pm no incoming, no out going, no network, unable connect idea customer care from other network.. Facing lot of issue. Someone reach me out on my alt number [protected]..
