[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Recharge not happened

After my MNP activated and verification, I had recharged my number(+91 [protected]) on 11-12-14 but it didnt recharged on my number..my balance is null...also after regular calling to the customer care, everytime they say their system is in updation ..call after 4 hours...one of your customer care executive even abused me when i asked to talked to some higher authority. Its been more than 48 hours..issued is not resolved...please tell me what should I do. This kind of service was not expected from IDEA.
