[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge of idea sim not a full satisfactory | |
Sir i am the customer of idea cellular company since 2012 but now this present time. I am not satisfy of idea recharge policy. Because i am using simple basic mobile phone in which no internet. But i recharge every month 179 which is a unlimited call and 1 gb data per day. But data not use by me. When month is complete then data is end. . I request u that please forward this complain to idea company to reduce recharge amount give a satisfactory recharge amount without data for basic mobile. Was this information helpful? | |
