I made a recharge today, on 16/11/2018, 5.48 pm to a number from idea website using my Credit card. I want to cancel the recharge since the number was wrong. I tried contacting customer care which was not of any help. If i go with recharge from retailer they have the option, but why is it not available for recharging from website . The reference number of recharge is[protected]. Cancel the recharge and credit the money
