I tried to recharge of Rs 124 on 25/5/2015 but transaction was timed out. I did not receive any message from Idea about the confirmation. Therefore, I request you to credit the funds in my account back.
Also, I recharged net pack of 102 by using *150*102#, but Rs 271 deducted from my account on 9/7/2015. I request you to look into this matter seriously.
