[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge was not done

I paid the idea postpaid bill for recharging my idea phone number [protected] through upi. Money got deducted but recharge was not done.
Then, On same day one more time I paid the bill from idea cellular office.
Please refund my upi amount.

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that there is only one payment reflecting in your account for the mentioned amount. Hence, we request you to check with your respective bank or application used while payment as the debited amount usually gets credited back to the account within 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of complete bank statement from the date of payment till date to assist you further.
