[Resolved] Idea Cellular — reconcider my bill of [protected] | |||
Dear sir, I Sumit Kumar residing in plot no. 10D /T2 Ikon Housing Society Vaishali Sector 6 Ghaziabad, had written you about disparity in my bill of no. [protected] with the roaming plan I was having in my no. You have also revert me back related to the same in which you have mentioned that the bill is charging correctly. But I did not get the clarification about, whether the roaming pack was not activated on my no. or having roaming pack in idea sim does not make the incoming calls free. I request you to kindly provide details and reasons for deductions of incoming charges when roaming pack was activated on my no. and idea networks were also selected manually. I also request you to tell me, "What else do I need to do besides having roaming pack activated and selecting the idea network so that incoming calls become free in roaming areas?" I am really looking forward for your support and solution so that the same would also be helpful for me in future. For your refernce I am once again attaching a copy of my bill via attachment.
