Sir i have number-[protected] on which jokes service was activated without my consent twice in september and twice in august month and on 12 october also rs.3 have been deducted for cricket score of match which happened 2 days ago.

Therefore i request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and take strictest of action against it

Updated by prince777 till today i should have received my refund amount which has been deducted without my consent on [protected] in month of august, September and on 12 October, 17 but till now i have not got any resolution for my complaint or any refund. Thios idea customer service of mumbai is the worst service provider. I request you consumer complaints to please look into this as these idea customer service is only postponing my refund not yet resolved.
