On 31st july 2016 i recharged my mobile with 505, before recharging i contacted customer care to know the 505 plan at 11:15pm.
The customer care executive informed me for 505 i will get unlimited calls and 1.25gb per day "3g/4g" data, i asked him to confirm whether it is 3g/4g or 2g/4g, then he confirmed it is "3g/4g".
Believing the information given i have recharged with 505, but later i got to know that i was given a wrong information, i am getting only 2g data as my mobile is 3g.
I called customer care on 1st aug and explained this issue, at 4pm 2nd aug 2016 i got a call from idea customer care and promised me 250 refund, to which i did not agreed, then he said he will call back with in 24hours, he did not call even after 30hours.
I went to nearest idea customer care center and asked about the progress and got to know that my issue is not at all registered.
Now again i registered my complaint on 2nd aug 2016 with complaint number[protected].
From 2nd aug till date i am calling them every day and asking about my refund, but they are not giving the response, every day they are saying "it will be escalated and you will get your money", but i did not get anything.
Yesterday 7/8/2016 at 3:00pm i called to customer care and call transferred to supervisor ashwini who promised me refund of 250 in 24hours and other 250 in next 24hours, but till now i did not get anything.
They are just playing with the customer saying same thing from 8days.
Please look into this issue.
