[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Refund of Invalid recharge | |||
Hello team I recharged my idea sim with rs. 599 on 14.09.2020. This sim is of punjab circle. Now after recharge i got message that this recharge is unavailable for my number. Then why did they recharged it? I used their official website to recharge. Now i want my full refund as soon as possible because i am unable to use any service on that sim. I got positive response and my issue was resolved within 24 hours.
I got my complete Refund of 599 Rs.
