I am user of your services from last 5 year but it is very painful and disturbing that your billing system is very much harsh and unacceptable, sir from last two month i pay above 2000 bill for net services.last month i send request to remove internet faculity from my number.till i pay from above 2000 bill for net.So it is requested that kindly check the ambiguity and correct the same as soon as possible so I can pay the.other vice i change this services.
