Idea Cellular — Regarding bill complaint

Sir i have using idea postpaid from two year my num is. [protected]. Last month i hve req. For 2g internet plan of amount 200. Through msg but. But i got a msg of your req. Is unabled to proceed pls try later.after that i neigther chk it nor use net on it. But now i got 200charges extra charge in my bill. It is very unfair to a custmor. pls solve this as soon as possible.
