Yesterday i went to idea customer care at sonipat delhi road in sonipat to exchange my sim from 3g to 4g, but the customer care executive demand money in exchange of sim card. When i called customer care executive at 12345 he told me that this service free for all idea customer but the person at the sonipat customer care center refused me to give the if i did not give him ₹ 30. So please tell me what should i do.
I think i need to go to the consumer court regard this case then i think i also have to fill a complaint in idea cellular.
