Hi team,
I recharged for 198 to avail the offer of 1 gb daily data but now it says its 1 gb for 28 days. This is such a poor service and a way to deceive customers with these plans. After calling your customer care i get to know there is another plan of 199 which gives 1 gb daily data for 28 days. Does this make sense to you at all?
I hope you understand the concern and either activate the daily 1 gb for 28 days or revert my money back. If i do not hear back from you soon i would be porting my number to other service providers.
Being a idea customer for 10 years i am expecting this would be resolved for good.
