[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding excess billing

I use postpaid idea number - [protected]
My due payment till 27.10.18 was rs. 407 / and the last dt was 07.10.18. But i failed to pay it in time hence the idea services on number were discontinued from 13.10.18 to till date. But today i noticed that my number has been restarted and i have been issued bill for the whole month without providing services for 15 days. I. E.

Updated by bharat deshmukh The services on my mobile number [protected] were stopped from 13.10.18 to till date ( 29.1.18 ) due to late payment. But the services on my mobile have been resumed today on 29.10.18 without informing me and they have issued the full bill for the month. ( i.e. I did not receive service for 20 days but bill is issued for full month )
