You people provided me wrong plan which was not selected by me. After a lot of calls with your customer care people and from managerial people, you people checked my call records and agree that mistake was from your side. You people promise me that to wave off my last month bill to 0 as I suffered entire last month with the bloody plan which you given. Again someone called and said we will negotiate your bill amount 1000 and remaining you should pay. What type of a drama of changing words you are playing with a customer. I am very frustrated about your service. Get the immediate action on this issue on priority. I don't want to pay a single rupee for the wrong plan which you people activated on my number. Bloody network and bloody customer care people. I am not free to call continuously for you people even for the mistake from your side. Get solve this issue soon. It will be better for you people. Resolve and send acknowledgement.

Updated by sireesha N What was the solution provided? Managers of Idea cellular assured me to make my bill 0 because of wrong plan activation on my number. But out of 2000 bill I got 1000 wave off. I am not ready pay the rest amount for the mistake from your end. Instead of regret from Idea cellular I have received legal notice to my respective gmail account. It is not fair to do this kind of action. Hope this should be my message for asking you to take necessary action on this issue.
Am receiving harassing calls from [protected] and calling my family members and relatives regarding non payment of [protected], 628₹ and he's telling I have to pay 23000₹ in Delhi high court but I paid the bill 2 year back and am not using that number.. please check and do the needful ASAP
