[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Regarding net pack activation and customer care response

This is to notify you that I have recharged for 98rs twice and both the amount has been credited for net pack which is done in 5mins of interval. I need one data pack for 98 and other 98rs in my main balance. I called to customer care to enquire about this but their response was not that much clear cut. Pls do recruit well skilled people in inbound to give maximum resolvement. I need an action to be taken against it.
