Idea Cellular — regarding number activation

hello sir i have a number of idea [protected].which is prepaid, i changed it into pos paid.yur people came to me and took my id proof and cash.and handed me a sim card now day left but the number is diconnected.frm lat five days i m calling costomer care and office they will not taking any action on this.what i have to do.shuld i g to consumer forum for it now or you will take any necsry actn on it. frm vijesh kumar alt no-[protected]
