[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding portability from idea

I want to convert my service provider because of network issues & call drop issue. But when i am sending message to 1900 for portability. It is showing not delivered. Due to this i am unable to sent portability request also. I am facing this issue from 2-3 days. I even unable to call anyone and most of the incoming call is not arrive due to this issue. I am facing heavy network issue. So please do needful help.
