[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Regarding repayment of amount paid to postpaid sim which was not activated

I have purchased Idea postpaid sim from NEMESIS SOLUTIONS, Code No.BL2747 on 14.12.16 which was not activated at the stage of address verification. Hence, i requested several times to refund the amount paid by me. But the person who gave the SIM Card is not responding properly. Request you to kindly take action for refunding of amount paid by me immediately.
