Idea Cellular — Regarding sim card

Not providing good service.i try to contact them they give here and there answer.so kindly help with this regard.
My card is of Maharashtra region.Issue with card is I lost my sim I want same number so I call customer service centre .They told me that any idea care center charege some money .so I go through this but they told me that u r card is not available here u have to go to here and there .I already visited 3 care center. Is it hard to get u r own number .so kindly look into my matter.
