[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Regarding uninformed increase in credit limit and sudden disconnection of services without prior intimation

This complaint is regarding my idea postpaid number . This is to bring to your notice that I have been using this number for the past 3 years but there have been numerous problems in the past year. Idea has increased credit limit to Rs 3000 without any prior information. I have been using net pack also. I directly got a message saying that i have exceeded my credit limit of rs 3000. I should have been updated with my net usage if it was exceeding the net package. The services to my phone have been stopped within 4 hours of receiving the message that I have exceeded my credit limit, whereas the rules mention that prior intimation regarding stoppage of services is to be given at least 3 days in advance. This has happened for the second time in last 6 months. On calling idea customers care services, the concerned people are not at all helpful. I lodged an official complaint on their website and mail id but with no relief. This kind of poor service has costed me my important time in addition to additional unnecessary expenses. I have suffered a lot of inconvenience. I received a message that my credit limit had exceeded and within 3 hours all my services were terminated. While officially notice is to be given 3 days in advance, I received it on the same day. On the other hand, I was not informed that my credit limit has been increased from 1500 to 3000. I am a surgeon by profession. If during the period when my services were suddenly cut, some emergency would have come or my patient would have deteriorated, i would have never known because of poor services on your behalf. Would your company have taken responsibility for the same? I am very upset as this has happened for the second time. And now I am being constantly harassed by phone calls from your employees. I will not pay the outstanding amount this time and i want a proper response from them.

1. they have not informed us regarding complete exhaust of my net package. previously they use to inform us by messaging and through notification. 2. they increased my credit limit from 1500 to 3000. previously they always informed me prior about this increase in credit limit. once my bill crossed 3000 then they realized and increased my credit limit without informing me. 3. my credit limit is now as per their norms is 3000 but my generated bill is 3900. they expressed regret about inconvenience but has not taken any action and asking to pay the bill.

Extra billing add in current month bill .i am not conform any idea postpaid plan after new plan charge add in this bill and other issue I amnot internet used but internet bill add .
this area not internet service and not network issue my mobile not any upload & download but idea very nice data create show data in my bill .
