[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding very poor connectivity problem

Dear sir/mam, i have already discussed about my connectivity problem with your idea customer care executive but my problem has not solved yet. I have idea dongle no.[protected]. My plan was 4GB 3G speed per month and 2G unlimited. But I am not getting that speed, which is showing on home page of idea, I have also paid service tax up to 3 months.but we are not getting good response from your side. Please I am irritating this problem since 1.5 month and not getting any benefit since from 1.5 month.this is very unexpected from idea service, Please solve my problem as early as possible. my alternate no.[protected].
