[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Related to extra charge waived off. | |||
Hi, I have raised a complaint on 5th July regarding the extra charges for my bill due to 3G usage. Email refernce Id: E1-[protected]. I haven't received any response on it by mail communication, but during : 11th July-15th July I receive a call from Idea care conveying that the extrra amount on your bill. i.e.1145 is waived off and you have to pay the remaining bill i.e. 1530 by 19th July. I asked for any mail communication or confirmation for the same so the represntative informed me that Sir we cannot send the mail confirmation but you pay 1530 amount and we will inform this to our concerned department. I paid the bill as per the below details : Rs. 1145\- Refernce Number :[protected] Date : 17/07 Rs386. Reference Number :[protected] Date : 19/07 After this I was still getting the messages as "I need to Pay 1145 as its an outstanding amount". I again got a call on 23rd July saying that I need to pay the bill, I gave all the explanation and provided the details. The represnatative said we will check and get back to you. I havent received any call after that and on 24th July I received a message conveying I need to pay the remaining 1145 else my service will be deactivated on 25/07, so I again wrote a mail on the same with Email refernce ID : E1-[protected] and gave a call on customer care regarding the same so I received a confirmation saying we will resolve your query on priority and will get to back on same shortly. Today on 25/07, my services were deactivated, so I have to activate my service by placing a request for PTP Unbarring. Please tell me if I have paid the outstanding as per the communication than why I have to go through this mess. My service is activated for one day only, so I need the resolution on this as soon as possible else I will need to raise a complaint on this and will ask for strict action to be taken as this kind of service is unacceptable. This information is used by fraud callers. Please look into this. I already received a spam call and unsuccesful attempt was made for doing transaction. The No is : [protected]. I have already shared this number with cyber cell. Please look into this loopholes and try to prevent this.

I already discussed on 198 but still no resolution from there end. They have asked to dop a mail which I have already dropped. Please look into this on priority.
