Hi, i am not sure how strong this platform is to raise an complaint against idea cellular but let's see if it helps me with my issue which am facing since 4 months. I have this postpaid connection since 6+ years.
I have applied for rs 499/- rental plan on 12 july 2017 and accordingly made payment at idea customer support center. Executive sitting at desk confirmed me that they have received my payment of rs 567. Issue is that firstly idea team missed to activate requested plan and now they are saying that we have just received rs 67 from your side, they are clueless on where remaining payment of rs 500. Today 1st nov 17 and my issue is not yet resolved. Actually idea team has applied only rs 67 against my idea bill and they missed to activate the requested plan for which they have already given payment. After n number of calls/emails, finally they have activated my requested plan in september but now again they are asking me for payment of this plan i. E. Rs 499 and they have generated august bill as well so in total now they are asking for rs 786 more despite i have cleared everything by making full payment in july. I am currently out of india for an year and i need my number for official purpose. I have dropped them n number of emails but no resolution yet. I would have paid this amount of 786 if it's my fault but i have cleared all dues in july itself before starting from india and reconfirmed with idea team on 14 july that all dues are clear from my side as i will be out of country for an year and will not be able to make any payments. They said yes its all clear from your side. It's really mental harassment for me now. Please see if you can help me with this. Was this information helpful? |
