Dear sir,

I am a idea post-paid customer and my contact no is [protected] (Delhi
Circle). I have done a wrongly bill payment on my number of rs 4000 at
05 apr 2017 and i raised a reversal request through customer care on
Same day and they give me time till 6 june 2017 but i have not
Received my reversal payment yet. I did complain regarding the issue
With appellate delhi but there is no solution yet. They are not
Giving me a right solution and they sending me one mail format again
And again. So today i mail to you regarding the issue. Please resolve
The issue asap.. I have attached all conversation details with
Appellate authority. Please check and do the needful. Its not a good
Thing for a company when they can’t provide the correct solution to a
Customer.
