[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Roaming Pack

I subscribed for a roaming plan of Rs. 71 for 28 days on 8th Dec, 2014. And, I got the confirmation message from Idea also that. it is valid upto 6th Jan, 2015. But still the roaming pack is not activated, and it is deducting 1.5 Rs/ minute. I am using the same plan from last 5 months. It is the first time, I am getting this problem. Since, I'm in roaming, so I don't have any medium to communicate with the Punjab IDEA Customer case. My Sim is IDEA. My number is [protected] (Punjab).

It was network issues. I was in wrong network. That's why i was charged extra charges...
