Idea Cellular — rs. 15 deducted by clicking on a message

I got the following message on my idea prepaid mobile:-

Hello! To get more information on best offers, track usage, recharge, etc. Dial *111# (Toll-free) or visit my idea app on http://m.onelink.me/bde2e0f2

And by clicking on this message the web browser opens. I closed the browser instantly but i received the message:-

Dear customer, thank you for downloading sports from one97. You have been charged rs. 15
Your balance is rs....

And rs. 15/- got deducted. And customer care is also saying we can't do anything about it.
