[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — rude & irresponsive behaviour of customer executive

When i visited & talked your customer care office in "sector-22, chandigarh", on 4 march for the resolution of one of the issues related to idea service, one idea customer care executive. Treated me very rudely & she was not ready even to listen my queries. I am deeply saddened by such a response from your customer care. Moreover i have seen the same person arguing with other customers during my both visits, in that office.
