[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — security deposit amount not returned after new postpaid connection got canceled

Hi,

I applied for a new post paid connection and paid a security deposit of 500 to the idea executive. My post paid connection was canceled due to address proof issue. Trying to contact the idea executive but to no avail. .
Cotact No. [protected], executive name Mohan, also another lady called, her contact no is [protected].

Please be carefull whilw taking idea post paid connection as i think idea cellular is duping customers.
