Idea is cheating the customer by sending promotional message in the name of service message to the DND registered customer numerous amount of times even after raising the complaints many times. In the message it is very clear that you are trying to promoting the plans. It can be prove very easily. Just using the word service does not mean it is a service message. You people will always says the same. But nothing will happen. You people will never think behalf. You will all lesrn when company gets shutdown one day. Untill then keep on sending messages and make the customer fool.
