Sir/Madam

What is this.I just noticed the Bill you send to me is not of my number.What type of cheating is this.I will have to check my old Bills also & show them to the Consumer Forum.
And also I went my nearby Idea Center for changing my Plan & than I got to know the amount of my Bill is 643/- & now the account is showing 745/-.What is this.
Please check the details & do needed corrections in my Bill.
I will not pay more than 645/-
