[Resolved] Idea Cellular — service fraud

The number 155223 has been charged 35₹ from my account, for the "Mandir Darshan" service which i was not requested for. after my cacelation of this service, they not refunded 35₹ in my account, they have cancelled the request.They have to refund my balance but thry didn't .They not even asked for the refund of money.And it is not the first time .please help me. Verified Support Sep 25, 2017 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As checked, while using internet wap service has been downloaded and said amount have deducted from the account.
