Idea Cellular Services — Bill discrepancy - Idea charging extra bill amount. | |||
I am using idea mobile service from last 3 years, i have unlimited internet plan on my mobile. Since last two months they started to add some extra amount in bill as WAP service when I contacted to their customer care, they took request . After 2 days I got call from their side and the person trying to justify the charges, when I told him that my plan is unlimited internet pan then he told me sir you visited paid website, when I asked to which website he did not tell me . Last moth bill I paid . This month again they added extra bill amount as WAP charges. Please help me and suggest how can I take action against idea. Was this information helpful? | |||

Idea has closed my complain#C1-[protected] without discussed with me . Seems they are not interested to resolve issue. Please suggests, I want to take strong action against them.

I did not get any call related to bill discrepancy from Idea.
Idea also charged "ISD charges" on the same number without informing me that they enabled ISD call.
Now Idea services become really pathetic . I will take strong action against them, Please help on that.
Also I am planning to do MNP.
