[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Services Disabled without informing & Wrong bill generated | |||||
I am using IDEA postpaid connection.last month i activited CUG SERIVCE in my number and my fiance number, , , , after this someone in BHAVNAGAR GOGHA CIRCLE BRANCH member change my plan, i dont know abot this, but when i m going there, she was telling me sorry, but thats not my mistake, so why i shoud pay this bill, The bill generated this time includes the cost for the calls that are free according to my cug. The bill amount is around four times the bill i usually get.They are threatening me to pay the bill otherwise my number will be disconnected. Why should I pay four times the services I have used and that too because of their mistake?
