Dear team,
I'm using idea no. [protected] with id named ravinder singh from last 5yrs+ and before 3 days all of sudden all the services was stopped by you without informing me. It's my official as well as personal no too and i'm suffering a lot due to services are stopped on my no. ([protected])
Yesterday i had visited your idea customer care store regarding same and they informed me that, some one else was using my id proof with other idea postpaid no. [protected] in between 2014 to 2016 & they are asking me to their old billing amount of rs: 5487/- for resuming my stooped services on my real no. ([protected]). but my question is …... Why should i pay that bill without using that no. ([protected])? & who will be responsible for that fraud was done with my id proof? & pls cross check all the dialed no with both no. And also take action against that person who was doing fraud. Hopping for your positive revert and i need proper resolution on priority with in next 24hrs.
