The worst 2G ever seen. While activating, they will never say anything reg. proration (if you are activating 2G pack in the mid of month, they will take half amount of pack for billing and they will give half data amount only. So if you think that you have 1 or 2 GB to use, you will be having only 500MB and they will charge like hell for balance 500MB) and after activating and using the worst network, they will charge you extra for 3G which will be very high than normal pack rate. Don't believe in Customer Care of IDEA. The worst Customer Care Executives so far I have seen/heard...have tried to console and comfort mr dipesh shrivastav...remember this name..I have never find any body rude but him and apprently he was the so called supervisor who listen ppl instead of being judgemental, but despite of many attempt I could not make him understand that 6 year old customer is not satisfied with his ans, and doesn't listen the plight of the customer...I have very much sent the request to not to activate one service and got duly ack in the form of msg from idea network, but while confronting with cust care person espply dipesh shrivastav that giving the request is not everything but to follow up and read the service no.
