Dear Sir, I am shyam sundar. i take one prepaid SIM of idea from gwalior idea showroom jayendraganj.no. is [protected]. after doccument verification SIM start for use. i use this no. for 12 days. after 12 days SIM is blocked by service provider idea. while i have internet balance and talktime balance. now idea is not giving response for start the SIM or for return the money. my question is if doccument was not verified. then why idea start the SIM and then block the SIM.
