[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sim card automatically crushed 2 days ago still not activated

Dear sir / mam
My sim card (Mobile no. [protected]) was automatically crached in my phone it was showing sim card crashed contact costumer care so it was sunday on 13th jan morning when my sim card was showing like this so idea care was closed on sunday i have visited retailer he has given me a new replaced sim card and told me to wait for 4 hour but this sim is still not activated plzzz look at this issue i have also visited idea point they are also not doing any thing plzzz look after this issue

Replaced sim card no. -[protected]
Alternate no. [protected]

Plzzz help me out sir idea care is not helping me out and that retailer is also not doing any thing

I have tried everything I could but no help, changed sim cards to different slot still same message no service.
